Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification. AI Batch may deny or cancel enrollment if false details, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations are detected.
All fees are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Installment and full-payment options may vary by batch. Refund requests are handled according to batch policy and admin review. Gateway charges, taxes, and already-consumed services may be deducted where applicable.
Learners must maintain respectful behavior in classes, communities, and support channels. Harassment, abuse, spam, or disruption may lead to removal without refund.
Class recordings, slides, notes, assignments, and internal tools are AI Batch intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
For web development or IT solution engagements, exact scope, timelines, and deliverables are governed by mutually agreed project requirements. Third-party service costs (hosting, APIs, domains, etc.) are client responsibility unless included in writing.
We provide training, mentorship, and career support, but job placement and salary outcomes depend on learner effort, skills, market demand, and interview performance. No guaranteed job outcome is promised unless a separate written agreement exists.
AI Batch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of classes, tools, or project support services.
