Refund Policy

Please review our strict no-refund policy regarding course enrollments and payments.

1. General Rule: No Refunds

All course fees, enrollment charges, and registration amounts paid to AIBATCH Corporate Training Center are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions and Cancellations

We do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Voluntary withdrawal from a course or batch.
  • Inability to attend live sessions due to personal, academic, or professional commitments.
  • Failure to secure a job placement (as placement is assistance-based, not guaranteed).
  • Dissatisfaction with the schedule or pacing of the course.

3. Payment Verification Delays

As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, all payments are processed via direct transfer (UPI/Netbanking) and require up to 48 hours for manual verification. A delay in verification does not entitle a candidate to a refund. If a payment fails on your end but money is deducted, you must resolve this with your respective bank.

4. Batch Transfers

Once a candidate has enrolled and paid for a specific course and batch, the fee cannot be transferred to another individual, nor can the enrollment be shifted to a future batch or different course.
